Our client is a rapidly expanding, dynamic package holiday specialist who has recently relocated to Halifax. Due to this expansion, they are now looking to add a professional and motivated team leader to their very busy and fast paced travel team. This is a fantastic opportunity for leaders who have proven sales success and are looking for a new challenge
Our client is looking for candidates who have previous team leader experience gained in a call centre or travel agency background and who are highly motivated and sales orientated.

Role of Travel Sales Team Leader:
Guide and motivate consultants towards sales targets
Arranging holidays cruise, long haul, ski, group and dynamic packaging, flights, car hire etc.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage further business
Working to and achieving company set sales targets
Necessary skills required:
Ideally a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
Sales driven and target orientated
Positive and proactive approach to selling
Experience of dynamic packing would be an advantage
Additional information:
A superb opportunity for those with previous travel experience to earn £££'s in a fun and supportive travel sales environment. Due to the nature of the business, candidates must be happy to work weekends and evening on a rota basis.
