My client is specialist tour operator with operations throughout Europe.
We are now looking for a Manager for a specialist division of their operation at its head office near Edinburgh.
Main responsibilities include ensuring that the company's self catering operation is delivered and maintained in line with the quality standards required by the company and the relevant legal safety standards. You will also be responsible for managing and developing all systems relating to the safety and maintenance of their self catering operation.
We are looking for candidates with the following:
At least 2 years previous experience of overseas operations management within a tour operation
Superb management and training skills
Supplier contracting and relations experience
Budgetary control
Fluent French and English speaker
On offer is a package of £32-35k plus benefits.
