Job Description

Are you an experienced Travel Call Centre Manager with hands on sales experience and a passion for luxury travel and cruising? An Excellent opportunity has arisen based in London's West End working for the ROLLS ROYCE of cruise only Specialists! Managing a small team of luxury travel consultants you will show good leadership skills, be confident and be highly motivated. You will have excellent customer service skills and a proven sales record!!!

JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful applicant will be a strong travel reservations professional, with hands-on reservations skills, a good understanding of the luxury buyer, and the ability to create tailor-made packages. Past jobs may be as a travel agent, a tour operator or a cruise specialist.
You will have excellent motivational and leadership skills, and a commitment to perfection, combining the two to ensure our service is consistently delivered at the highest level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Take responsibility for the whole reservations team
* oversee performance and capabilities through daily supervision and thrice yearly appraisal
* Ensure the team are meeting required levels of service through training and supervision
* Incentivise, motivate and inspire staff
* Ensure team is fully aware of current offers, opportunities and earning potential
* Spot tactical package opportunities to increase margins
* Spot exciting offers and opportunities as communicated by cruise lines
* Work with marketing department to communicate opportunities
* Identify appropriate new product
* Work with cruise lines to create tactical incentives for staff, clients and company
* Provide tools for cruise consultants to maximise earning potential of each client with air upgrades, additional hotel nights, luxury bolt-ons etc.
* Oversee systems to ensure profitability of all files

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate should have relevant call centre management experience, strong leadership skills, commercial acumen and the ability to inspire a team. You'll need a passion for customer service and a strong track record in sales and a commitment to perfection. Previous cruise experience is desirable.

PREVIOUS LUXURY SALES EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.

Previous use of a CRS is a plus and also if you have sold tailor-made luxury cruise packages
