Call Centre Manager required working for a leading Tour Operator in Glasgow. This management opportunity would suit travel professionals who enjoy a hands-on challenge and thrive in a sales and service driven environment.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
Due to the promotion of the current call centre manager we are looking for a suitably qualified person to take on this challenging role.
Directing a busy call centre your duties will focus on maximising profitability, motivating your team to attain or exceed targets and to ensure that the centre is staffed at all times.
Reporting directly to Senior Management level, you will be primarily responsible for the sales generation and profitability of this channel.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Candidates will ideally possess supervisory experience gained within a large travel agency or medium sized tour operator and be looking for a new challenge with one of the most dynamic names in the travel industry.
The successful candidate should also have a natural ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver a strong branch sales performance.
